Gideon Adams is the founder and creative force behind VG Studio Productions, operating at the intersection of fashion, culture, and high-level events. With experience spanning New York Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, Sports Illustrated–affiliated productions, the Red Awards, and designer-led showcases including Live Kolibri. Gideon brings a sharp, PR-minded approach to visual storytelling. Known for his ability to move seamlessly through high-pressure environments, he captures moments with intention, discretion, and narrative clarity—producing work that doesn’t just document events, but elevates how brands and creators are seen long after the lights go down.
ASHLI SMALL
Beauty Queen. Host. Model. Interviewer
Ashli Small is a nationally recognized beauty queen, host, model, and interviewer operating at the intersection of media, culture, and live events. Her poised presence and natural ability to command a room, Ashli brings clarity, confidence, and intention to every production she is part of. With a background rooted in pageantry and on-camera hosting, she moves seamlessly through red carpets, interviews, and high-profile environments—connecting talent, brands, and audiences with ease. Her interview style is polished yet personable, allowing conversations to feel elevated, authentic, and engaging. Ashli’s work extends beyond appearance, contributing to the storytelling and representation of events long after the lights go down. As part of Vision of Gideon Studio Production, she adds a refined voice and media-forward presence that enhances brand narratives and elevates the overall production experience.
CHELSY COSENTINO

Chelsea, born and raised in Pittsburgh, has always had an innate passion for fashion—turning everyday moments into her own runway and inspiring everyone around her with her style. From styling her friends to creating head-turning looks for herself, her love for dressing up led her to vibrant fashion scenes in Washington, D.C., and Tampa, where she honed her craft and developed a keen eye for trends. With experience on stages like New York Fashion Week and Miami Swim Week, and collaborations on editorial-style shoots, Chelsea brings unmatched creativity, elegance, and authenticity to every project, making her a true force in modeling and brand ambassadorship.
ANGELIQUE FRANCOIS
Beauty Queen. Author. Philanthropist. Model. Speaker.
Angélique François is a certified medical professional, nonprofit founder, student, professional model, author, and speaker. A former Division I track and field student-athlete at Florida Atlantic University, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree and concluded her athletic career with over 20 medals, top performance times, and multiple accolades. She is a member of Phi Delta Epsilon International Medical Fraternity and Black Women in Medicine and is currently pursuing her Master of Legal Studies at Texas A&M University School of Law. Angélique is the founder of The Reach One to be Won Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and uplifting youth through community outreach. Internationally, she has built a successful modeling career across Europe, Asia, and the United States, walking runways such as Miami Swim Week and appearing on magazine covers including Chazon Magazine and Creativ Magazine. In 2022, she made her international pageant debut as Reina del Café Haiti and Miss International Haiti and continues to serve as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for Kola Choucoune.
JOHN RODRIGUEZ

John Rodriguez, born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, brings a well-rounded and easygoing presence to the team. As a brand strategist and event planner, John supports the brand through relationships, visibility, and genuine connections across the South Florida scene. A true jack-of-all-trades, he contributes wherever needed—whether it’s assisting behind the scenes, helping extend the brand’s reach, or simply being a familiar, trusted face. With a laid-back approach and a strong network, John plays a subtle but valuable role in supporting the creative vision and overall growth of the brand.
NANA MALANIA
Beauty Expert. Makeup Artist. Bridal Beauty
Nana is professional makeup artist based in Tampa, Florida and the founder of Malania Beauty, specializing in soft, polished glam for weddings and special events. My journey began as a kid sneaking my mom’s lipsticks and recreating late-night YouTube looks, but in 2021 I took a leap from a five-year banking career to follow the passion that truly lit me up—using makeup to connect with people, honor their stories, and help them feel like the most confident version of themselves. Today, I serve brides and clients who want more than a beautiful final look; they want a calm, reliable, and attentive artist who shows up early, stays organized, and makes them feel heard from start to finish. Whether it’s a wedding morning, maternity shoot, or special event, my goal is to help you feel radiant, relaxed, and ready—never rushed, never overlooked, and never worried about your lashes or blush—while bringing quiet confidence, care, and a little heart to every face I touch.
